How can I track my order? Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email to confirm that your order has been received. This email will contain your order number, which along with the postal code of your shipping address, will be all you need to track your order. How can I change/cancel my order? Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you will have the option of exchanging it within 14 days of receiving the product. All items must be in the same condition and unworn. All exchanges or credits require a return code which can be obtain by contacting us by email. Certain restriction apply. We do charge a 15% restocking fee. For more information please do not hesitate to contact us. Can I place an international order? Unfortunately we cannot currently process online orders from countries other than Canada, and USA. For USA orders, you will be able to view the shipping charge at the time of checkout. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive. How can I return/exchange my order?
