Return Policy

RETURN POLICY:

Refunds are ONLY made when:

1. Items ordered arrive damaged.

Although we are not responsible for any damaged incurred by the shipping service, we will accept returns for damaged items. Please contact us with specific details regarding the damage. There is a 15% restocking fee for any items returned due to damages from shipping.

2. Incorrect items were sent.

If you didn't receive what you ordered or wrong items were sent, please feel free to contact us.

 

We will not accept returns for the following reasons:

1. You no longer wanted that particular style, and have changed your mind. 

2. Items were damaged in the shipping process. 

All items were checked before shipment, and are in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged, it was probably damaged during the mailing process. Although we accept no returns for items damaged in the mail, please contact us for further instruction, and to see if an exchange is possible, etc.

3. Clothing items do not "fit".

Please check all sizing charts before purchasing a clothing item. We will not accept any returns for clothing that do not fit. We will only accept exchange or store credit less 15% restocking fee.
